Personalizing Enact: An Overview

Once you’ve started getting familiar with Enact and are entering data, you’ll want it to personalize it by replacing some of the default names and images.

• Rename your corporate hierarchy levels. This will become increasingly important as your deployment expands and reporting becomes more detailed.

• Add your own graphics for items such as data collections, users, processes, parts, and features, along with custom work instructions.

• Improve operator focus by limiting the visible processes to their current areas of responsibility by using My Processes.

• Change the default event codes used when responding to a violation to reflect your actual work environment.

Taking these few simple steps will go a long way toward improving the usability of Enact as well as making it feel like your own personal quality platform.
